Since we began our coffee farm project<\/strong>, we\u2019ve been deeply aware of the importance of caring for the natural environment connected to every decision we make<\/strong>. On our farm, we find: <\/p>\n We also strongly believe that trees help us create a regulated microclimate thanks to the shade and moisture retention they provide. That\u2019s why we plant native trees such as the carob tree.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, when trees are removed, agrochemicals are overused, or crops are grown in full sun, much of the surrounding biodiversity is lost.
