CAF\u00c8S ILLES BALEARS is the first artisan coffee roaster in the Balearic Islands. <\/strong><\/p>\n

You’ll soon hear more from ILLES COFFEE LAB<\/strong>, as it’s helping us deeply understand coffee as a raw material, enabling us to develop and refine new projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

We recognise that maintaining our coffee’s ideal quality requires compliance with public audits and inspections. We thank authorities for correcting potential errors, ensuring we always meet regulations and guarantee consumer safety.<\/span><\/p>\n
