We craft our coffee by hand, from roasting to blending, bag by bag. That’s why we can proudly say we are the only artisan coffee company left in the Balearic Islands.
To ensure our artisan coffees never lose their quality, once roasted, we pack them in bags equipped with a one-way valve and a zip lock, preserving their full flavour and aroma. All our artisan coffees are suitable for all types of coffee makers.
Our coffee is roasted at our facilities in Palma de Mallorca, following rigorous quality standards. In fact, due to our artisanal roasting process, we only produce 30kg of coffee per batch.
Intense flavour and aroma
The flavour and aroma of our coffee is closely related to its ability to preserve these properties. Additionally, the coffee rotation system we use allows us to offer our customers a fresh and intense coffee that, being freshly brewed, retains all its properties
