CAFÈS ILLES BALEARS is the first artisan coffee roaster in the Balearic Islands.

That is why we created ILLES COFFEE LAB, a section of CAFÈS ILLES BALEARS where research and the creation of new processes in the coffee sector will improve our lives.
You’ll soon hear more from ILLES COFFEE LAB, as it’s helping us deeply understand coffee as a raw material, enabling us to develop and refine new projects.
We recognise that maintaining our coffee’s ideal quality requires compliance with public audits and inspections. We thank authorities for correcting potential errors, ensuring we always meet regulations and guarantee consumer safety.
Growth, creativity and adaptability… these are our best tools to serve our friends higher-quality coffee.
