Our company is especially committed to respecting the environment. That is why in 2005 we started a sustainability program with the first experimental coffee plantation in Europe, reducing our carbon footprint and facilitating greater diversity on our farm.
We craft our coffee by hand, from roasting to blending, bag by bag. That’s why we can proudly say we are the only artisan coffee company left in the Balearic Islands.

To ensure our artisan coffees never lose their quality, once roasted, we pack them in bags equipped with a one-way valve and a zip lock, preserving their full flavour and aroma. All our artisan coffees are suitable for all types of coffee makers.
Our coffee is roasted at our facilities in Palma de Mallorca, following rigorous quality standards. In fact, due to our artisanal roasting process, we only produce 30kg of coffee per batch.
Intense Flavour and Aroma
The flavour and aroma of our coffee are closely linked to how well its properties are preserved. Furthermore, our coffee rotation system ensures we always offer our customers a fresh, intense coffee that retains all its natural properties, as if it were freshly brewed.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What does it mean for this coffee to have an 84 SCA score?
The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) evaluation measures the technical quality of coffee on a scale from 0 to 100. Coffee scoring 84 points is classified as a top-tier specialty coffee (“Very Good”), guaranteeing a defect-free cup with balanced acidity, rich nuanced complexity, and full traceability directly from the farm of origin.
What does the range of organic labels on the bag mean?
It represents the official code assigned by the organic farming regulatory body (CBPAE). This number guarantees that every 125 g package features an audited and numbered control label, certifying the organic traceability of this specialty coffee batch from farm to cup.
Where is this coffee roasted and how is its local production guaranteed?
All our beans are roasted entirely in our artisan roastery located in Son Ferriol (Palma de Mallorca). Master roasters since 1967 (Mestres Torradors), we combine decades of coffee tradition in the Balearic Islands with the highest third-wave specialty coffee standards and a steadfast commitment to sustainability across the island.
Why do you recommend consuming this specialty coffee within 6 weeks?
Artisan-roasted specialty coffees reach their peak aroma and flavour right after initial degassing (a few days post-roast). From the sixth week onwards, essential oils and delicate nuances—such as its chocolate and nut notes—gradually lose intensity due to natural exposure to oxygen.
This does not mean the coffee expires or goes bad; it remains completely safe to enjoy at home. We simply set this 6-week window as an artisan quality commitment to ensure you experience every cup at its absolute peak of freshness and organoleptic complexity.
How should I store my coffee bag at home?
To preserve its chocolate and nut tasting notes, store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the compostable bag tightly sealed with its original airtight seal to prevent oxygen from degrading the essential oils of the freshly roasted bean.
